BUT the moment you cut one of the original five imports (assuming a team had five carded imports prior the rule change), the number drops to four.

No surprises in this easily predictable loop.

DMF - runaway winners
REBS/TN - excellent additions and clear ahead of TM - DMF will regret the stars they lost

TM - always better than the others behind them - minor peewee stars still do the job

NYR - coaching and goaltending go a long way

TRW - not easy to call - too many unknowns

VK/REPS - big jump as others trail off - some good adds too

What kind of an ego does it take to place REBS next to DMF without dropping the puck??
Are you that foolish?

There are 3 or 4 other teams you need to beat to get there and its not going to happen without a good long fight. The top 6 will be a grind and it will not be easy anymore.

Who cares. Another goalie already took his place.

Yes, the goalie that committed to another team. Seems to be the norm in the G!

Is it the norm in the G to deny a kid (goalie) a release to go to another team?

Seems childish and mean spirited at the least.

Big 3 teams poach kids aaa will, many kids switch teams for all kinds of reasons. Why this very late craziness?

As is this the fountain of information, I assume someone here will have an answer.
I contacted several teams looking for import spot and they tell me 4 is max, I know a few teams
that certainly have more than 4....whats up with this

TM is one for sure....both goalies are imports, JOD and BJ from Oakville, EDM from Hamilton, JB from ETA....that is 6 right there !! PC better hope no one pulls out a map or his arrogance is going to get someone in a load of trouble.

Tell you what will happen: they lease a place (most likely friends or relative house), update bank account and driver licence to that address and then you are local. To be fair, GTHL does not have enough resources to police.

It's all falling into place. DF wants to showcase his boy front and centre. That's all that matters.

Well JJ from TT will have a real fun season ahead of him. They will have trouble matching last season’s success. The recruitment process just simply AA.

The HOF has his own set of rules. Thinks that lures players. Guy is an arrogant fool, who could play hockey but has no glue how to coach.

Must be a sticky situation
