BUT the moment you cut one of the original five imports (assuming a team had five carded imports prior the rule change), the number drops to four.

No surprises in this easily predictable loop.
DMF - runaway winners
REBS/TN - excellent additions and clear ahead of TM - DMF will regret the stars they lost
TM - always better than the others behind them - minor peewee stars still do the job
NYR - coaching and goaltending go a long way
TRW - not easy to call - too many unknowns
VK/REPS - big jump as others trail off - some good adds too
What kind of an ego does it take to place REBS next to DMF without dropping the puck??
Are you that foolish?
There are 3 or 4 other teams you need to beat to get there and its not going to happen without a good long fight. The top 6 will be a grind and it will not be easy anymore.

As is this the fountain of information, I assume someone here will have an answer.
I contacted several teams looking for import spot and they tell me 4 is max, I know a few teams
that certainly have more than 4....whats up with this

The HOF has his own set of rules. Thinks that lures players. Guy is an arrogant fool, who could play hockey but has no glue how to coach.
