Wasn't the plan to roll all 6 D pairings this year ? How did that work out

At what level will parents start to understand that Hockey is not all about scoring goals but about the team concept. The sooner these parents understand and especially The players the better suited they will be for hockey should they make the next level. Learning to be part of something and achieving success and results will always be better than scoring 35 goals and losing in the first round. Look at big picture and not just your little atom star. Big eye opener for many parents coming real soon.

I love how most of the teams are on here pimping their incredible great teams for next season while tearing down all the teams around them.

Interesting to look at.

Seems like the top 3 are drawing nice talent and are quietly setting up the final pieces while everyone else is just slugging it out.

Word is a couple of kids with disappointing seasons at JRC are moving to TRW. They like what FP is selling and they like what AC is giving ($$). If this is the recipe for a Top 3 team, we will all be :o

If the rumors are true and AC really gives free rides, then parents will move their kids there, to save 7-12 K, np.

FP is still the top dog, people coming over will have to understand that.

TRW has become AC's personal toy it seems. Yes he really does give free rides. The kids getting the rides play the most. They have to so he can justify the free ride in his head.

Is it true that all Nats players are returning?
can coach truly be happy with all players / parents and are parents / kids truly happy with coach?
A Top 2 team in the G, with zero turnover...sounds improbable to me.

I think DDM has offered every year for kids to come back. It is only the parents that can't handle the language that have left.

He believes he can develop kids, so why would he pass them along to other teams.

The rest that dump 8 kids a year ... not so much.

100% true.

Team realizes that there may be a few better pieces out there but likes the chemistry on and off the ice. Good group of kids, good group of parents, no drama....which is very rare in AAA hockey.

This is a Team that has lost 1 league game, highest goals for and lowest goals against.....no major changes required.

That said, DMF is still the Champ until someone moves them off that lofty position but Nats may be the one team that can give them a push (for now)

To the guy giving TM and TRW 2nd place next year and challenging for 1st......Paaa Leeeeez

Get your head out of your ass or step away from the bar and go out side to get some air.

Where exactly are these upgrade players going to come from??

TM - Great core group. Lots of changes to smaller players coming. That said, these are good players....so where will you find the replacements. Especially if DMF has upgraded their 3rd line and Nats have everyone coming back?

TRW - Not even close. These guys say the same thing every year and every year it remains pimping at its finest. I will give them credit as they have made great strides and can compete with all. The problem there is twofold....one, absent coach....two, controlling parent. Everyone is the G saw what that attitude did to the Titans a few year back.....how many upper end players are going to go to a team which gives free rides and subsidizes a kid that used to be awesome and is now average.

Lets wait until the dust settles to crown these two groups

So I am an outsider from OMHA, Who are the best ranked coaches in the league? Are the bottom teams well coached? Or only top teams

Best coach is PC on MM, but he has very little in way of AAA talent to work with thus has been last and then 10th this year and really that is due to the dramatic drop in VK and TT. If some AAA kids take a chance and go to PC, individually or 3-4 together, he will guide this team to top half.

DDM and MS likely tie for 2nd best coach.

NYR will have space, but I would steer away from AM. Each year he divides the team into kids that play and kids that pay.

Every year he cuts half the team and the other half want to leave. Finally this year the parents of the top kids got sick of it.

Imagine leaving a top 4 team where you get 3/4 of each game worth of icetime. That should tell you all you need to know.

The "absent coach" missed three games. What are the attendance records of the other coaches in the G? And if you think that any parent controls AC, you need to "step away from the bar".

If you think anyone on TRW thinks they are in the discussion for top 2 next year, you my friend must believe everything on the internet is true.

Missing games is not good. But it's more important that a coach runs practices.

I kept hearing and still donthatbwith tournaments the trw coach has missed more than 9 games with even more practices?
So which is it?

As for FP and free rides

AC threw around hints of free rides and this and that when I spoke to him last year
Of theybare losing the players that are rumoured to be leaving then they will not be as good next year.
