Unfortunately it looks like everything worked out for all the cry-baby teams

Tired of this bitching. How do you know DDB complained? Explain... please, I would like to hear the BS YOUR about to make up. You must be a parent on the team that got eliminated... haha

Was told that before the coin toss DDB was whining to organizers about the coin being used. They relented and DDB was able to provide there own two headed coin.

WW Blue tied WD 4-4 and DDS 4-4. Beat WH 8-2

RH got spanked by DDS 6-1 in Vaughn Tourney

WW Blue is the best of the OMHA teams in 09. No one else can proved any scores showing any different.

WW blue is th best in omha and the 2nd team is WW white and there only lose was to WW blue. Both can complete with any nyhl team and will be a force at novice

Honestly WW is a solid team. Game against EY was even. EY hit 2 posts and a couple breakaways. WW had a couple chances as well. EY only allowed only 3 goals in tournament and lose on a third tie breaker to DDB tough way to get eliminated. But we also know DDB is a solid team and it will be a good final 4

I think its a bit bush league that a coin toss was used.

A common tie breaker would have been who let in less goals, before penalties, as its used worldwide for most major sports.

Tournament seems to have turned out how most expected. Would have been interesting to see if the groups were never changed.

Not to mention it sets a bad president for kids when you reward adults for whining.

EY lost to DDB on PIM's.

Apparently, DDB was the only team out o WW & GP who didn't complain to convenors about originall schedule and divisions

Honestly advancing on a stat like least pims is just silly. Especially with the inconsistency in the refing in the tournament. Realistically if you have more pims you should go through as you were short handed more. Lol

DDB 4-1 GP... WW vs DDB in the finals. Thought DDB was getting slapped?

PM proves it over and over again. I'm very impressed with him.

He certainly seems to know how to get the best out of his players.

GP - 5
DDB - 0

GP coaches & parents should have made sure there Tykes were in bed by 9 pm. It's totally irresponsible to do otherwise

We are talking about today's game. Someone yesterday said DDB was getting slapped by GP... not a game last month haha.

Congrats to DDB and WW for the final...it was a pretty good tournament all things considered. Despite the gongs show with the group changes...top teams made it to the Semis. GP losing to DDB is all about playing 5 games over 3 days and only having a bench of 10 kids....no matter the age, that leads to tired players...

THE NYHL Winter season will be cool....good luck to all....
