You my friend must be new to AAA, weak links have nothing to do with it, money and shoveling the coaches driveway, and taking his kid to school and having a parent on the bench go a lot farther.

What happens if the coach has no kids and no business? Has a real day job and does this for the love of the game? Are there any teams like that?

No better at TRW, coach will always have a favourite.

Ever coach has a favourite or two doesn't matter if he's in the hockey business or not. They all have egos and they all want to win, badly. This league is about winning not development. Get used to it or leave.

Are those my only two options? You sound like you're in charge.

What other changes are there? I'm hearing a lot from very angry parents on the top 6 teams however the reality is that their kids are being replaced by better players and goalies.

DMF made some good changes
TM the same
NATS look stronger
TT will drop to 9th or further
NYR look stronger
REPS made some nice changes
TRW a lot stronger next season

REBS it's looking worse
SENS the same or worse
JRC will be a bit stronger but not sure
VK will make playoffs with strong additions
MM good ending to the year

VK in the playoffs? Don't think so.

TRW stronger? Two small additions from Nats and Waxers won't change anything and mediocre goal tending at best, FP might help a bit but Japanese boy is gone. Parent group will be entertaining
though.

VK getting no one. A bunch of Nyr cast offs and mm players. Combined those players maybe have 4 goals. 10th at best.
