The reason I ask is that our team has played against several teams more than once, but even though those teams have 2 goalies, we seem to face the same goalie both times. Now this could be just the randomness of the schedule so we happen to face the same goalie on their turn. Or are some coaches already anointing a number 1 and the coach is specific on who plays against a particular team.
Just curious. (So far, our team's coach rotates evenly between the 2 netminders.)

Our team has a 40-40-20 set-up. 20 percent of games coach's descretion. We alternate but if we come up against a team that my son is very effective against, he may play him again and then even it out over the next few games. Playoffs same thing...with less guarantee of playing every second game. Some teams at these younger ages have a clean and fair 50-50 split. Make sure you get your split IN WRITING!!!
