What I am saying is the following

If you don't like what decisions are being made by your aaa organization. Get involved!
Easiest organization to get into, only 2 teams are voting.

Every coach will be willing to consider trade offs and no coach will take all big kids if they aren't good enough skaters or all fast kids if they will all be pushed off the puck too often.

I wouldn't disagree with that. I think the special small player will still have a spot. I think the average small player is probably going to get bumped out if a bigger kid is close. Most of the smaller AAA D I've seen have really struggled with the contact so far.

AAA clubs only have 3 teams, the 02 parents are moving on so they show up for agm.
The 05 parents have not made the team yet. So It is up 03 and 04 parents, get on their he board and start making changes

So you're admitting that minor hockey is rife with incompetence and politics. Some have multiple kids and various obligations that proven them from getting involved more than they would like. To bad it seems such obvious mistakes keep repeating themselves. No standards or goals equals no moving forward or improvement.

2 years in a row these kids get screwed! He's just going to pick the tallest kids lol, preferably ones with zero skill but as long as they're coachable lol...

Word is no one else applied. This coach ruins hockey for kids. I lived it last year.

So the Titans re-hire a guy who was hated by 90% of the kids and parents last year? Is this because they have no one else or do they simply not care at all? Titans actually re-hired the guy to coach the 03's again but the parents said no way so Titans gave him the 04 team. After the disaster of the parent coach now the 04 kids get this guy. This is downright cruel!

Some people see conspiracies everywhere

The sad reality is that world is full of dumb incompetent people. HEO has more than it fair share.

Maybe too many former hockey players?
Maybe concussion lowers your IQ
Maybe should stop playing

They can't do online registration for clinics
Don't publish minutes, etc

They need new blood to make info available

I hear ya, but it's still not a good enough answer. I think there is more to it.

This shows Russell as being Rangers
http://maps.odmha.on.ca/aba

And this has links to the various AAA boundaries, including showing Russell as part of 67s which I believe has not been correct for a few years:
http://maps.odmha.on.ca/aba/aaaview

Which all begs the questions, how is that HEO cannot keep these maps updated?

This information should be readily available to anyone looking for it. It begs the question as to why it's not available. I think that hard data, real number of registered players per team and zone, would shed some light on all this. Perhaps it would reveal some glaring differences that people deny exist currently. Simple solution, post all the numbers from last year on the HEO website. This is not hard to do. There is a reason they won't do it.

Only 67, cyclones maybe.
So there is not a lot out there, and who wants drive across town for hockey
Better find a kid in the b league and develop him

Some teams didnt have 1 good adequate goalie.
Cyclones goalies were average even the wild goalie wasnt that great last year. There were a few goalies that didn't tryout last year for various reasons some in the Titans area. Its still early and its only minor bantam lots of kids will emerge at the major bantam level when it actually counts for something right now AAA basicly letter chasing .

Most goalies were adequate there were no outstanding kids last year on any team and stats wouldn't tell the whole story because of the weaker teams in the league.
I would agree that there are kids who haven't come out to tryouts yet and these kids could possibly make a difference at the Mjr Bantam level but we will have to wait until next year to find out.

I don't know of any Rangers players that ever played for the Wild.

I believe Russell Kids are in Rangers territory at A and AA, and become Wild players at AAA. The HEO website maps are either inaccurate or quite outdated.

Russell Minor Hockey Association is part of Gloucester for A/AA, but that was one of the changes back in 2014 I believe,,,,moved from 67s territory to Wild territory.
