I'm so confused now? Is PM staying at GP? Why all this willowdale talk? Someone verify with me if this PM guy is a good coach? And can my kid still make his team in willowdale? Or are they full alrdy? Thx

Probably because he has a winning team and (apparently) will coach a AAA team...

So then why is he going anywhere?

The rule isn't 4 kids from the current team it is 4 kids from the entire league!

So if someone forms a new team at a new club, say Willowdale as an example, you must take 11 house league kids that played in that club last year and a maximum of 4 that were registered in select for ANY other club the previous season.

The concept of starting a new team at a new org is practically dead now.

So does that mean he can only take 4 kids from his current team.....that will be an interesting selection...I wonder if the other GP kids are staying with the new GP coach? Interesting goings on in the GP!

Why would anyone go anywhere with him? Sounds like a train wreck.

If the league holds to it. I think it's a great thing, why not stay where you are and play with friends, you have MA and up to jump around teams.

This is just like the 100's of past coaches before LM at the Marlies, simply discarded. LM will be out on his ass wondering what he ever did to deserve it. It doesn't help that his kid will be the bottom forward on a top team. Recipe for disaster.

The fact that you think kids can't develop at different rates and change from year to year shows how little you really know about hockey!
Crawl back into your hole and quit with your bullying..IP addresses will be coming out soon

Funny...."IP addresses will be coming out soon", even people on here know that that is humorous.
In saying that, you are 100% correct about development, you can almost see some kids get better at this age!!

Humorous?? It's happened.. you're just too new to know that
