Where is the former superstar ex WD player going to next year?

With all the player movement will every Tier 1 team from last year stay or move down? Are any Tier 2 teams actually going to move up?

So will the real TM team, please stand up!

All the usual jealous suspects still rearing their ugly heads. Just can't stand that others have better opportunities. You should focus your energy on filling your empty roster.

I do not think the Nats have picked a coach yet.

Who will win the DD Earlybrd?

LM is filling up his TM roster like he fills up a bag skate. The problem is you only need 15 skaters on a AAA roster - not 30! Where will the fallout be?

GP/DDB will still be the top two teams.
One of the new Weston teams should not be too far behind.
GB/EY should both be respectable.
NTR will fall off a little bit.
DDS will be slightly better than last year
DDR and MC will be slightly better than the bottom.
HVS and the second WD team will bring up the rear along with any VR team that attempts to play tier 1.

Most likely correct about GP/DDB
No VR teams in Tier 1, that team folded weeks ago. Possibly 2 tier 2 teams though
HVS will likely fold as well. Not enough players to register and fulfill league rules.

Not true! Name one?

PH-A is not entirely GP if that's who you're thinking!
TBD is not just Weston

There will up to six coaches who have AAA teams next year who aren''t currently coaching a NYHL or MHL team (TM/TT/DMF/MM/NATS/NYR). That will also make the recruiting process very interesting.

For sure! I hear there are coaches that couldn't even field an entire team for next year! What a disappointment and let down for the parents and kids.

2009 will not have the same challenges as 2008 because everyone knows about the LOR agreement which tripped up some recruiters last year. When some teams lost their top import players, other families then bailed leaving certain coaches with BIG challenges to fill out their rosters.

Spring hockey however has enlightened some families who were possibly shopping the market for the minor atom season. What those families have witnessed will help them in their decision making process for the following season.

What does a spring hockey team have to do with your winter hockey team?!

Most of these spring teams are made up of kids from different teams. At this point in time every kid should be committed to their respective organizations, so curious to know what kind of surprises would we see?

JRC will be biggest smoke and mirrors because some of those kids might go to TM
