Gthl biggest overrated center in minor hockey

Exactly. If your good the scouts will find you. You think a 6ft 7' D. that plays in Sudbury won't be seen?

Is that with skates on?
That's huge
Biggest D I've seen is about 6'

There is a 6'5" D (without skates)

No way, where?
Not in the Alliance

Lost me.
From what team is TB?

You must be from the alliance head office. Clueless as usual.

You expect everyone in the Alliance to know who TB is?
Talk of clueless.
So who is TB and how did he lie and cheat? Please enlighten me.

Your trying to find reasons to justify why your kid didn't make it. It can't be that he wasn't good enough, its money, its friends, its the coach, its the day of the week. I get it, since rep hockey started parents have always found a way to justify why their kid wasn't good enough. Its no different in the school system where if a kid is failing its the teachers fault, not the kids. This generation of parents love to place blame, they don't like to look inward and say 'my kid isn't good enough, he failed'.

There is no doubt that the bottom 10 percent in AAA and the top 10 percent in AA are interchangeable, the talent level isn't so different that you could flip them and no one would notice. That's where you'll see some money guys or friends make it over other players. Talent is similar but there's a secondary consideration that keeps the other kid from making it. Here's the thing, its on your kid to be better than the 10 percent, to make himself better than those who have connections. He should put himself in a situation where he's so good that they cut someone else, not him. I get that its hard to look at it this way given your emotional investment in the kid, like any parent you don't have the ability to look at his skill level and properly assess what he does and what he can do, but he needs to be better than the 10 percent that are at replacement level. My kid wasn't for 2 years and he eventually found a way. If your kid is as good as you think he will too. If not, he wont, its up to him to make himself so good that the coach can't cut him.

Yet no Alliance team will be able to even compete with the top 6 teams in the GTHL and teams like Marlies Reps and VK will likely destroy all teams in the Alliance.

It is not necessary to go to the G but the teams are way better and particularly this year the talent is significantly better and deeper.

Now take the kids out of the center's that don't belong there and how would they do ?

You are 100% correct, if you take those kids out of the G that don't reside there, they wouldn't do as we'll. Unfortunately, those kids do play there and therefore the best teams and talent do reside in the G (obviously with some exceptions)
